1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Brutal Domains' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Domain Marketplace Services

Brutal Domains operates as a marketplace for aged and premium domain names. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers while maintaining strict quality standards.

2.1 Domain Listings

  • All listed domains undergo our verification process
  • Domain history and metrics are verified before listing
  • We reserve the right to refuse any domain listing

2.2 Domain Transfers

  • All transfers are conducted through secure escrow services
  • Transfer times may vary depending on the registrar
  • Buyers receive full transfer assistance

3. PBN Backlink Services

Brutal Domains offers PBN (Private Blog Network) backlink placement services. When you purchase a PBN backlink, we provide a managed service that includes domain registration, website setup, and backlink placement.

3.1 Service Description

  • We register a domain and create a custom PBN website
  • We place a single backlink to your specified target URL using your provided keyword
  • Each backlink is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Service completion typically occurs within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation
  • You will receive full domain details and a link to your PBN site once it's live

3.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate target URL where the backlink should point
  • Provide the exact keyword/anchor text for the backlink
  • Ensure the target URL is accessible and ready to receive backlinks
  • Respond promptly to any requests for clarification or additional information

3.3 Service Validity and Renewal

  • Each PBN backlink purchase includes 1 year of service validity
  • Backlinks can be renewed/extended for additional 1-year periods
  • Renewal extends the validity period from the current expiration date (or from renewal date if expired)
  • Renewal pricing is based on current market rates and may differ from original purchase price
  • You will receive notification when your backlink is approaching expiration

3.4 Service Completion and Delivery

  • We aim to complete backlink setup within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation
  • You will receive full domain details and PBN site link via email and order messages
  • If service is not completed within 7 business days, you may request a refund
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or customer-provided information

3.5 Refunds for PBN Backlink Services

  • Refunds are available if service is not completed within 7 business days of payment
  • Refunds are not available once the backlink has been placed and is live
  • Refunds are not available for expired or non-renewed backlinks
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for service issues

3.6 Limitation of Liability for PBN Services

  • We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic increases
  • We are not responsible for changes in domain metrics (DR, RD) after purchase
  • We are not liable for search engine penalties or algorithm changes
  • Domain ownership remains with Brutal Domains; you are purchasing backlink placement service, not domain ownership
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue PBN services with reasonable notice

4. Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Domain purchases are final once the transfer process begins
  • Refunds for domain purchases are only available if domain transfer fails due to seller issues
  • PBN backlink service refunds are governed by section 3.5 above

5. Domain Verification Process

While Brutal Domains employs reasonable efforts to verify domain quality, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding domain properties. Our verification process typically includes:

  • Historical usage review for potential spam or abuse indicators
  • Basic trademark conflict screening
  • Analysis of available metrics and backlink data
  • Verification of current ownership status

Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase. The information we provide is based on available data at the time of listing and may change over time.

6. Seller Obligations

  • Provide accurate domain information
  • Maintain domain registration until transfer
  • Cooperate fully during the transfer process
  • Disclose any known issues or limitations

7. Buyer Obligations

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Complete payment within specified timeframes
  • Respond to transfer communications promptly
  • Verify domain details before purchase

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through our support system. We maintain final decision-making authority regarding marketplace transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brutal Domains is not liable for:

  • Domain performance after transfer
  • Changes in domain metrics over time
  • Third-party registrar issues
  • Buyer's intended use of domains

10. Affiliate / Referral Program

Brutal Domains may offer an affiliate (referral) program. By participating:

  • You receive a unique referral link to share. When someone signs up via your link and makes a qualifying purchase, you may earn a commission on that sale.
  • The commission rate is set by Brutal Domains and may be changed with reasonable notice.
  • Minimum payout thresholds apply; payouts are processed after we approve your request and may be sent via the method you provide (e.g. PayPal).
  • Referrals must be genuine. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke earnings for fraud, self-referral, or abuse.
  • We may modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
